In SGI, with the unwavering support of our leadership, we honored the family, the sense of &#8220;belonging&#8221;, with a series of actions designed and implemented for the first time this year aiming \u00a0to foster \u00a0trust between the employees and the company.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10198\" src=\"http:\/\/karmar.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/DSC_5159-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1364\" height=\"909\" srcset=\"http:\/\/karmar.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/DSC_5159-300x200.jpg 300w, http:\/\/karmar.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/DSC_5159-768x511.jpg 768w, http:\/\/karmar.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/DSC_5159-1024x682.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1364px) 100vw, 1364px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>The HR AWARDS 2017 Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For the third consecutive year HR Professional magazine and Boussias Communications organized\u00a0 the HR Awards\u00a0 ceremony, aiming to highlight the initiatives and recognize the best practices and policies of Human Resources Management.<\/p>\n<p>The HR Awards honor the innovative practices as well as the actions taken and policies followed in the framework of strategies that have been carefully designed by the HR Management of all those organizations and companies that continue with a great sense of responsibility to invest in \u00a0their \u00a0employees.<\/p>\n<p>In the Talent &amp; Performance Management category, the Awards Committee honors practices and actions relating to Talent Management.
